Pioneer Elite Reference BDP-09FD Blu-Ray player in Spruce Grove, Alberta for sale

This continues to be an outstanding player for blu-ray and DVD playback and is also an unbelievable cd player. The sound quality is stellar with 8 Separate Wolfson audio DACS for each analog output and a dedicated analog audio power supply (excellent for those of us with processors that don't have HDMI). The audio from HDMI is also top notch with PQLS Jitter-free audio transmission.
This player is built like a tank, weighing in at over 30 lbs, it features an aluminum front/top/side panels, steel cross bar supports, double layer top panel, solid steel bottom plate, low center load drive, TAOC Insulator feet and three chamber construction. The BDP-09FD has dual HDMI outputs, 7.1 analog outputs, component video outputs (with BNC connectors and comes with BNC to RCA adapters.
The firmware is fully up-to-date. The blu-ray drive was replaced under warranty in July 2013, and it has been flawless ever since. The drive failure was a known issue.
The player comes with the original remote, manual and BNC adapters. I no longer have the original box, so preference is for a local Edmonton area sale.
